Under the patronage of the Chancellor of the University of Basrah, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and the Assistant Chancellor of the University for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Ali Himdy Diab, and in coordination with the Department of Planning and studies.Information and Communications Technology Center, University of Basrah, launched a new system for electronic archiving and correspondence to be used in administrative work at the university.
Director of Information Technology and Communication Center, University of Basrah Mr.Kayan Abdul Aziz Mutlaq said that: the website division team at Information and Communications Technology Center Designed and programmed a program for electronic archiving and correspondence that meets the ambition and requirements of work and to complete the university’s strategy toward informatics.
In this context, the work team met at the chancellery of the University of Basrah the new system administrators in the departments and centers affiliated with our University, during the meeting, the new system administrators were trained on the program and an explanation of the components of its management panel was given, indicating its advantages and the desired benefit from its use and the facilities it will provide, in addition to the accuracy and speed in managing the work.
