The faculty member in Information Technology and Communication Center, University of Basrah, Mr. Keyan Abdul-Aziz Mutlaq, participated in seminar organized by the Center for Basrah and Arabian Gulf Studies, University of Basrah on Telecommunications in Iraq between reality and ambition.

The seminar included a discussion of topics such as electronic governance and its importance in Iraq, digital transformation policy, preparation for the implementation of the satellite in Iraq, optical access throughout Iraq and the importance of automation and digital transformation projects in ministries, state institutions and the private sector.
